Danny Speaks About Control

" Shortly after meeting Danny and reading his book, I was convinced he would be an excellent keynote presenter at our Family Day Intensive workshops. This important day brings our residential, day and outpatient clients together with family and friends to learn new ways of living in their health and sobriety. Danny walks like he talks, and in his 2012 key note address at our workshop, his topic was right on target for those attending: "Decontrol Tools for Healing Relationships.”

Are You a Controller?

Many, if not most, controllers have little inkling about how much, how often, and in which ways they try to control people and things. They can spot it in others, but not in themselves. (Try to control a controller, and you will see what I mean.) Quite a few, in fact, will deny they are controllers, so deeply ingrained are their control patterns.
